Reunion with Jimmy
I remember that I sent e-mail to him with my hotel name described.
Now realized that he also arrived in Dublin on 1st Jan. also took the same hotel as mine.
Once left the luggage in my room I straight went to the room 304. I could hear his guitar and singing even in the corridor, that's one of our playing lists. I knocked on the door but he did not stop singing but coming close to the door.
The door opened and faced each other, hugged each other...but while the time he had kept singing.
Then he burst into talking and talking, this is the usual Jimmy, nothing changed !
After his first talking assault I went to the ground floor and invited Hiroshi to the room 304. Hiroshi and Jimmy hit it off immediately.
Firstly, I explained Jimmy about next day's plan and secondly made a call to Mrs.Lynott. It was answered by the house keeper, Graham. I informed my intention to visit on the next day but he replied that 'Mrs.Lynott is unwell'.
I got anxious¡Ä then suddenly her voice came through from the phone (seemed that she grabbed the phone from Graham..) That voice must be Mrs.Lynott !
'My Toyboy !! How are you ? Please come tomorrow, how many are coming ?
3 of you, that's ok. In the morning I feel sleepy, so between 2 and 3pm will be fine, see you then !'.
It's hard to remember Japanese name for her (especially Satoshi could be a difficult one.) Every time she calls me 'Toyboy'. (I do not even know the exact meaning of this nickname.)
I was so impressed that she still realizes me who I am. How many fans has she ever met¡Ämust be uncountable, nevertheless she remembers me.
It was around 9pm. Jimmy, Hiroshi and I went to the pub.
I had to save drinking alcohol but actually I did Guiness... I thought it would be ok because I got stronger medicine from the doctor for just in case.
Having Guiness after an interval of 1 year and few months, was in Dublin and with Jimmy and Hiroshi...
As I'd woken early in the morning in London due to jet lag so it had been a long day¡Äwas finally being over.
